Joran Kirovski scored on a penalty kick in the 44th minute, and the Colorado Rapids snapped a five-game winless streak with a 1-0 victory over Toronto FC on Sunday night. The win kept the Rapids’ playoff hopes alive. Colorado (8-12-8) was short-handed after Mehdi Ballouchy was ejected in the 36th minute for fouling Carl Robinson for his second foul of the match.
