Minnesota Vikings running back Chester Taylor was receiving treatment Monday for a painful injury on his side that sidelined him in the first quarter of the season opener Sunday. Taylor’s condition was called a bruised hip after the 24-3 victory over Atlanta, but coach Brad Childress said Monday that the injury was to Taylor’s oblique, a muscle near the lower part of the rib cage.
